ABOUT MediTec 2016

Engineering and technology play pivotal role in the development of quality healthcare in today’s world. The International Conference on Medical Engineering, Health Informatics and Technology (MediTec 2016) organized first time by School of Science and Engineering of  United International University will be held in Dhaka, Bangladesh on 17-18 December 2016. Themed “Smart Systems for Healthcare” with its proximity to the world, this conference aims to bring together researchers, engineers, medical practitioners and experts in Bio-medical engineering, Healthcare, Intelligent Systems and Knowledge Management to share their experience, ideas and future scopes. MediTec 2016 serves as a premier international forum for presenting the interdisciplinary research and development activities at the crossroads of medicine, life sciences, physical sciences and engineering that will shape tomorrow’s medical devices and healthcare systems. We welcome the researchers and practitioners from research institutions, universities, hospitals, industries, R&D centers, government and non-government organizations to exchange innovative contributions around the conference topics. MediTec 2016 will comprise an excellent combination of invited talks and tutorials from pioneers in the field as well as peer-reviewed special and regular sessions plus live demonstrations. The engaging two-day single-track program, all of which is included in your registration, covers a wide range of topics.
